We follow a "per-page" base pricing system rather than charge by the hour. Except for certain jobs, there will be no hourly charges involved in the design of your web site. The biggest problem with the hourly pricing model is the fact that there is no way anyone can determine how long it will actually take to build your web site. With our per page pricing structure you have a very good idea about what the total cost is going to be, before we even start the project.

The only time you will be billed by the hour is for additional work which is beyond the scope of the signed agreement. Even then, you will be given an estimate for the additional work before commencement. We will perform the extra work only after you have given the signed approval.

How much do you charge?

We have carefully constructed a pricing chart that covers all the associated costs of developing a web site from start to finish. Although your web design project may differ depending on your specific needs, you can use the pricing chart below to get a ball park idea of what it would cost to develop your web project.

Why Does The First Page Cost So Much More?

The majority of development time is spent designing the home page because it involves so much more time and effort. The main template is created at this time for faster site wide updates in the future.

Here are just a few of the things that are involved in designing a home page.

* Developing a unique concept specifically for your business.
* Designing the layout of the site and the graphical feel.
* Choosing a colour scheme that will provide a consistent look throughout all pages.
* Creating a navigation model that will easily guide your customer through your web site.
* Providing you with live access to the development of your web site as it's created.

All of this work requires a disproportionate amount of our time as compared to building the rest of the site based on your approved design. Therefore we charge a much lower price for the remaining pages.
